Our Network Operation Centre (NOC) provides support 24X7 and helps companies to handle registration of customers, inbound call handling, complaints, trouble shooting, CRM, post sales follow ups, renewals of subscriptions and services, Remote Commissioning of equipments, VSAT installation, Net-Modem Configuration etc.
This team is responsible for conceptualizing the network and actually commissioning the network. The team works with Hardware team for working out a cost effective solution
Our NOC is responsible for monitoring, identifying and resolving alarms or abnormal conditions on the Megastar Network. The NOC analyzes any alarm promptly guaranteeing a high quality service.
Out NOC also reports alarms or conditions related to our customers providing them valuable information that certainly help them taking accurate decisions about their needs or problems.
